Cabo: 4 Restaurants to Dine at in Cabo, Mexico

Gina Pacelli, The Office, Cabo, Mexico“The fondest memories are made when gathered around the dinner table.”

When Leann and I went to China, finding places to eat was quite challenging. Although we asked our tour guides and 4-star hotel concierge for recommendations, we were always led astray. We skipped many meals because we could not find anything decent to eat. We learned to be better prepared and not rely on others.

Before visiting Cabo, we  compiled a list of restaurants from friends and articles. Instead of being confined to the all-inclusive meals our hotel provided, we ate exceptionally well.

Here are four restaurants I particularly enjoyed:

1. El Farallon

El Farallon is located in the side of a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The view is spectacular, the price is reasonable, and the fresh fish is delicious. Learn more.El Farallon, Cabo, Mexico

2. Los Claros

Los Claros is a locals’ hot spot. Enjoy great fish tacos, while listening to live music. The place is super inexpensive and a great escape from tourists. Learn more.Los Claros, Cabo

3. The Office

The Office is touristy, but right on the water. The waiters had to create sand dunes to keep the ocean from spilling into the place! The food is also tasty, and the atmosphere is fun. 4. Misiones De Kino

Misiones De Kino is off the beaten path. The drinks are ginormous and the fish is fresh. Learn more.Brian at Misiones de Kino

Remember, don’t drink the water. Avoid ice cubes. Stick to cheap, Mexican beer. Order fresh, local fish and ethnic, Mexican dishes. Enjoy!
