Tzatziki

Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt
- Olive oil
- 1/2 of a cucumber
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Pink, Himalayan salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Put Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- Add olive oil.
- Remove the skin of the cucumber and garlic.
- Mix cucumber and garlic in a vegetable grinder.
- Add to yogurt.
- Add salt.
- Add pepper.
- Mix ingredients.
- Taste tzatziki.
- Add additional items from above as needed to create a flavor you enjoy.
- Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper on top for presentation.
