Halloween Fun at Spooky World
“There is magic in the night when pumpkins glow by moonlight.”
New England is a great place to celebrate Halloween. My friend, Elaine, who lives in Florida, decided she wanted to visit me for Halloween. I was all in. The two of us have had many crazy Halloween adventures together, such as hitting Key West for Fantasy Fest.
We wanted to fit in as many haunted happenings as we could during her visit, including a haunted hayride. Spooky World offered five haunted attractions, one of which was a “hayride from hell.”
Tip: To avoid the insane lines, purchase VIP passes.
First up was our long anticipated haunted hayride, a one-mile, spooky journey. Creepy creatures would quietly plant themselves behind us, then come into close proximity of our ears and eyes. The shock created a thrilling sensation of fright.
Next up? The Brigham Manor, a dark, haunted house with more scary characters throughout the attraction. Creepy on the outside, and creepier inside.
Are you afraid of scary clowns? You will relive your creepy, clown nightmares in the carnival-themed Festival of Fear.
We ended our fun-filled adventure with Carnage and the Colony. Each attraction at Spooky World offered a unique experience. Be prepared to scream.
