Turkey Meatballs

I recently started readingĀ The Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers, M.D., a gift from my mom. Dr. Myers explores the impact of food on our bodies. In an effort to follow her teachings, I needed to find something I could easily make for breakfast. My mom suggested turkey meatballs.
Ingredients
- 1 package of ground turkey (1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Himalayan pink salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
Instructions
- Mix turkey, coconut flour, coconut oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into eight (8) meat balls.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip the meatballs over and bake for another 20 minutes.
