Asparagus
“If it came from a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don’t.” – Michael Pollan
When I was younger, I did not particularly like veggies. Luckily, my tastes have changed. I have also met some fabulous folks, who taught me how to make delicious greens. This is one of Myhanh’s recipes, with a few modifications.
Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Butter or olive oil
- Lime
- Black Pepper
- Himalayan pink salt
- Crushed Garlic
Directions:
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus, then cut in half. Put in a pan.
- Add olive oil, lime, pepper, salt, and garlic to the asparagus.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cooked al dente.
