Octopus

On a recent trip to New York, I ate octopus at a Greek restaurant. The lemon, oregano, and olive oil added a burst of flavor to my mouth. I was inspired to try making octopus on my own…
Ingredients:
- Wild octopus
- Organic oregano leaves
- Lemon
- Himalayan pink salt
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Put octopus in a cooking pan.
- Add washed oregano leaves.
- Add lemon.
- Add Himalayan pink salt.
- Add olive oil.
- Broil for 10-15 minutes.
- Flip and broil for 5-10 minutes.
