On a recent trip to New York, I ate octopus at a Greek restaurant. The lemon, oregano, and olive oil added a burst of flavor to my mouth. I was inspired to try making octopus on my own…

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Put octopus in a cooking pan.
  • Add washed oregano leaves.
  • Add lemon.
  • Add Himalayan pink salt.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Broil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Flip and broil for 5-10 minutes.
