Zucchini

I love zucchini. I used to make it with breadcrumbs and butter. In an effort to lead a healthier lifestyle, I have modified the way I prepare zucchini.
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini per person
- Oregano
- Himalayan pink salt
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Slice the zucchini and put it in a pan.
- Add olive oil.
- Add oregano.
- Add pink salt.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cooked (approximately 10-20 minutes).
