Artichoke Hummus

This artichoke hummus is another healthy recipe I modified from Dr. Amy Myers. Her original version can be found here.
Ingredients:
- 14 oz jarred artichoke hearts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a small blender and serve.
