Meatballs
Meatballs are easy to freeze and super tasty. I had not made my mom’s meatballs for quite some time. However, this was a great recipe to whip out for my sister, who has been home sick with COVID-19.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs hamburg
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- Himalayan pink salt, a little
- Garlic powder, a lot
- Water, if stiff
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, in a bowl.
- Roll up the meat into balls.
- Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Optional: Drop in tomato sauce and add cheese.
