Ginger Tea
“Tea Time” is a chance to slow down, pull back and appreciate your surroundings. – Letitia Baldridge
When I went on a yoga retreat at Amrit Yoga Institute, I was served very healthy, organic food. Although I never really liked ginger, I discovered I enjoyed ginger tea with honey. As ginger has a lot of health benefits, I decided to incorporate ginger tea into my daily, morning ritual. Despite my sweet tooth, I skip the honey.
Some of the health benefits that drew me to ginger are its ability to improve digestion, enhance immunity, and protect brain health.
Earlier this year, I learned about the health benefits of collagen. I was intrigued by collagen’s ability to support a healthy gut lining, promote vibrant skin, and increase weight loss. I add this flavorless powder to my tea to improve my gut and overall health.
