Beef Shoulder Tender & Sweet Potatoes

Tonight was my first time making steak. I had to text my mom to see how to cook it. My meal turned out delicious.
Beef Shoulder: Put in a frying pan and sear on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Option 2: Broil it for five minutes on each side. Next time, I will try broiling.
Sweet potatoes: Chop up a sweet potato. Chop up some onion. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil. Back on 350 degrees until slightly crisp. Flip the potatoes to cook evenly on both sides.
